About the Company Our client is a venture-focused investment broker building the next generation of capital access for startups. They support ambitious founders, primarily at pre-seed and seed stage in the 10–30 MSEK range, while also facilitating larger funding rounds at +30 MSEK.

Alongside their investment activities, they have launched a self-service platform designed to connect high-quality companies with the right investors at the right time. Their ambition is to remove friction from fundraising and create a more transparent, founder-friendly capital market.

• Enabling venture capital investments in early-stage Swedish tech companies

• A platform that connects startups with relevant investors

You will work closely with experienced entrepreneurs and investors and play a key role in shaping both the platform and funding activities.

The Role They are looking for a venture capital professional who will take ownership of building and managing relationships with:

• New and existing investors

• Founders and companies seeking capital

This is a senior role with real influence, suited for someone who has already worked in venture capital and wants to operate closer to the ecosystem and founders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with VCs, angels, and institutional investors

• Source and engage with high-quality startups seeking funding

• Support investment processes from introduction to closing

• Represent the company in the startup ecosystem

• Contribute to the development and growth of the platform

Day-to-Day

• Meetings with investors and founders

• Evaluating companies and funding opportunities

• Managing deal flow and investor relationships

• Close collaboration with the investment and platform team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as a Venture Capitalist, VC Associate, or Investment Manager

• Experience from a VC-backed company is required

• Strong network within the startup and investment ecosystem

• Experience evaluating early-stage companies (pre-seed / seed)

Highly meritorious:

• Former founder who has raised capital for their own startup
