Tactical Sales Manager to Primus Silva

Now we are looking for a Tactical Sales Manager to build and grow our tactical business globally.
The role
This is a key, high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for Primus-Silva’s tactical segment. You will establish, develop and scale the business with a clear focus on growth, product and long-term partnerships. With significant ownership and freedom, you will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer and cross-functional teams to shape strategy and international expansion.
What you will do
You will drive growth of the tactical business through distributors, partners and key customers across international markets with focus on Nordics, UK and Germany at first. This includes setting sales budgets and business plans, developing the distribution network, monitoring tenders and procurement platforms, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
You will represent Primus-Silva at trade fairs, customer meetings, clinics and events, and work closely with Product, Supply and Operations to turn market needs into successful outcomes.
Who we are looking for
You bring solid experience from B2B sales, preferably within tactical, defence, professional outdoor equipment or a related field. You have a proven ability to grow business internationally, work with tenders and procurement processes, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
You combine commercial sharpness with strong relationship-building skills and are comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting. Excellent English is required; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel is expected.
